Victoria Festival and Event Management Masterclass

The Festival and Event Management Masterclass is a popular 2 day programme designed to inform and inspire anyone involved in creating, managing and developing festivals and events. It is a highly practical course full of ideas and examples that participants can put into practice immediately to improve their events. It features sessions on key tasks and challenges for those involved in festivals and events both large and small including Marketing, Press, Programming, Evaluation, Sponsorship and Fundraising.  We have also added a new section to cover how events can survive and thrive the Covid-19 pandemic. The Masterclass has run successfully in 20 countries worldwide including Australia, Canada, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Belgium, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, Ireland and Canada. With the Covid-19 situation still a little uncertain we have made a few changes to help you feel secure in your booking.  We have reduced the number of people we will take to make sure they have plenty of space for distancing.  We will also offer full refunds up to 2 days before the course in case the situation changes or if you are unable to attend.  It is even possible for a small number of people to attend the course ‘virtually’ if they would prefer to do that.
